Additional Policies
If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up a product within 60 days of the shipping date/notification of completion, Riveted Leather Co. will consider the property abandoned and reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such products in any way it chooses.
Shipping & Returns
Riveted Leather Co. is not liable for lost or stolen packages at your residence, within the carrier system, or due to an incorrect address. Please ensure your information is accurate when placing an order. As a small business crafting items individually, occasional delays in shipment may occur.
For custom orders, returns are not accepted except in the case of a manufacturing issue. To qualify for a refund, excluding shipping costs, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
